Dear Nurlan Satylganovich Alymbaev ,
Greetings from the College of William and Mary.Thank you again for your participation in the 2012 MCA Stakeholder Survey. Your insights helped us assess the policy influence of the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) and identify the determinants of success and failure in Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact and Threshold Programs.
We recently published a 127-page comprehensive report that summarizes our survey findings from 640 policymakers and practitioners in 100 developing countries. We have also released a brief summary of our findings in partnership with the Center for Global Development’s (CGD) Rethinking U.S. Foreign Assistance program.
The full 127-page report is available here: http://www.wm.edu/offices/itpir/_documents/reform-incentives-report-mcc.pdf
A more concise summary of the survey findings, published by the Center for Global Development, can be found at http://www.cgdev.org/content/publications/detail/1426969/
